guild Wars Help

Hi Ayd here...

the Wife likea to play Guild Wars but hasn't been on it for the past couple of months. She decided to play it this weekend, downloaded the new patch and obviously it's now changed to Nightfall.

Trouble is the patch has downloaded fine but when trying to log on it basically says 'no'

Now I don't want to use the GW forums and they're basically full of rubbish so any ideas?

They have a decent support line? Or a decent Unoffical forum

Haven't played in a while so haven't encountered that problem. However, I must say that from experience NCSoft's support is very reasonable. I had a small problem, got quick, coherent, and knowledgeable responses

I have played once they patched for nightfall and it worked for me, does the error complaing about the password or does it say you just can't sign in?
