Hmm would it be possible to have a Psu with x4 12v Rails and x4 5v rails. ? Building a Peltier cooled system each Cell is 127.8 Watts or so and needs a 12v + 5v Wire connection. Would be great if I did not have to buy a Psu for each darn Peltier Cell.

When you say close to the min ATX specs for the 12V rail, how close do you mean? Mine seems to be constantly 11.8, closer to 12 than to 11.4 but still, got me think a bit!
