Keeping The Shortcut's On You're Desktop In One Central Location
Here's a quick and easy way to access all of you're icons, easily, on the windows desktop, without the cluttered appearence.
Start by making a folder called "Applications & Games," or something like that.
Then Right Click The Folder and hit Properties.
Then click the tab "Customize," and click "Change Icon."
I chose the Folder with the Application Window.
Now you're complete! You can fill it with as many shortcut's as you'd like!
Make You're Start Menu Your Windows XP Pocket Knife!
Right Click the Task Bar and click Properties.
Then click "Start Menu," then "Customize."
Under "Programs," set the number to 0.
When you click you're start menu again, it will be blank except "Internet" and "E-Mail."
You have to add, or "Pin" you're shortcut's to the start menu. To do this, go into you're start menu, go under "All Programs," and Right Click one of the shortcut's you want, and press "Pin To Start Menu."
Now You're done with that, too!
