As for the 780ti's I am trying to decide myself at the moment whether to give my dad my 680's or if I should sell them, since I know I am going to want to run SLI which instantly means £1k easily.

it'll go back, if its coming out at the same price i paid for this then im sending it back and getting the TI, im not getting it because i want to, getting because consumer rights, my card i bought a week ago, has fallen over £100 cheaper and is now being superseded

What resolution do you game at? The actual noticable difference will probably be minimal, if not negligible.

Although I can fully relate with the upgrade bug, it's damn hard to control. My 7950 Boost (with 100MHz overclock on the core) is maxing out all my games at the resolution I game at (1600x1200), but yet I intend on getting either a GTX 780 or R9 290X/290 maybe early next year. Screw logic. :lol:

Reviewers got that cooler as well for the 770, It's feels like a cheap bribe to me. You have to pay a premium for that cooler for the GTX 770.

I was going to sell my 780's to get a 780 Ti but then I stopped and thought "Do I have c**t written on my forehead ???" I can max all current games at 1080p and I imagine I will be able to for a while to come, So I shall happily wait for Maxwell
