GTX280 Aftermarket Cooler

Hi,

Is there a GTX280 aftermarket AIR cooler available in the UK yet??

it must not be any larger/thicker than the stock cooling due to SLI space restrictions

p.s if they did do a sort of ready built compact all in one wc solution that may work.

The thermalright T-rad² should work. I do not know how compatible it is with the gtx280 though.

One thing is sure: do not use the scythe musashi. Scythe claims the card and cooler will only take 2 slots, but it is taking 3 when using the 10mm fans.

don't think the thermalright one will work as it appears the gpu heatsink is in the wrong place the gtx280 has them in the middle of the pcb

If it is for benching get some deltas pointed at them... If not, lian-li make a bracket that holds 2 120mm fans just above the cards..

Are you looking for increased cooling performance, or noise reduction, or a bit of both?

bit of both really don't want it to be any noiser but need a little more cooling performance
