GTX 590

We all no that a 590 is on the way, but tom has drooped a massive hint on his youtube channel that it could be coming in the next week or so. If you look in the description on his channel you will see that his main rig if fitted with one of the beastly 590. Not only does that mean its coming soon but it must mean that it is a epic card if tom is using it in his main rig.

It was mentioned a couple of weeks ago during the G1 Assassin vids, it's on his Facebook as well.

It definietly wont be long before it's released though, either this week or next I am guessing. I'm looking forward to Tom's review of it and I have a feeling Nvidia has pulled something good out of their bag and that it will be better than the 6990. We will have to wait and see though.

The 6990 was a pile of S**t, Nvidia take this generation no matter what they do with the 590. Although iv not seen anything to do with the 590 i'm thinking 100+ FPS in crysis maxed out. What do you guys think.

I'd guess at around 100fps maxed out dropping to ~80 during heavy action I hope SLI will be better than the 6990's in CF as well, I almost chocked on my cup of tea when I saw 40fps on Fraps, that was just abysmal.

The only date I've heard spoken for public consumption is March 22nd.

There could, however, be **details** and shady camera sneaks... ooooo.. end of the week ? Beginning of next ? Don't hold me to that tho.

They aren't tweaking them or anything, despite other mentions.
