Graphics and waterblocks

Hello. I want to get a 780 and watercool it, but how do I know which ones support a block and which don't? Does every GPU with a non reference cooler use a custom PCB too?

Could someone list, or point me to a list of reference PCB 780's please.

Hello. I already looked there but that's just EK blocks isn't it?

EDIT: I just looked again and i think i found what i was looking for.

According to EK the card is based on a reference design PCB. So pretty much any 780/titan block (designed for reference pcb's) will fit, no matter from which manufacturer.

titan blocks should fit the 780, the Ti is different though.

Maybe a sale before/during the holiday season but not much after. Most items will be unstocked due to a higher demand because of holidays and low prices.

The only MSI's that are non ref are the lightnings.

So that means the Gaming 780 is ref too........

That was a long time ago.. now you can get a 290 for about that price. 780 is still a little more than that.

I think it went down to around £380. Scan are selling it for £377, but none in stock at the moment. Stock is due on the 22nd of November.

Yeah that's the cheapest I've found it, I think I'm just going to pre order from them.
