GPU Tracker v3.34.

I've had so many problems with the last few versions of GPU Tracker that I've decided to upload the last decent version for you folks to use if you need it.

3.39 absolutely failed on my new GPU3 rig but 3.34 runs perfect.

Did you also had a issue with it not responding (freezing) anymore as that's what i am having at the moment,

as if i don't have enough problems yet

EDIT maybe its solved,

STABLE 3.40 - bugfix

FIXED:

- Possible fix for freezing issue.

No fix still crap...........

Well I rolled back to 3.34 first thing this morning here's hoping to no more BSOD's

hi guys ive been useing the 3.40 trackerv2 n all seems fine as long as i only run on one card if i try to run smp or use both cards to fold it just freezes my rig up

Wait a minute

does it lock up very randomly ?

sometimes you can run windows for 10 minutes and then it locks , sometimes it will lock right away..

yeh m8 it seems very random as ive said everything seems ok if i just run one card if i try to fold on them both i get the freezing im running the smp atm n so far its not froze n its been running since 2pm fingers crossed it will finish its work. ive lost god knows how many points with this freezing lark

it will get to 40% n say that it returned a wrong sum n start again this has happened on a number of occations too.very frustrating all for a good cause though

you have to change settings in tracker. setup>configure>use specified numbers of CPU cores>type 7 cores to use.

Apply>stop all clients>start all clients.

had the same problem.when also using cpu and gpu,the gpu have to use 1 core.After this it should be 24/7 folding.

PPD it depends ,which WU you are folding,WU 2684 can take 72hours and as low as 20.000ppd.

right now im folding 45.000ppd at WU2686 on the cpu(i7-950@4.2ghz) and WU6806 on my gtx460(900@1800@1030).

cpu=32500ppd.gpu=12500ppd

ive tried this n so far so good now running smp and gpu3 on both cards @ 65k ppd happy folding

^^ think i need a house doctor to call round

my PPD are crap but every little helps. My graphics card is a 8800GTX so is not being used for folding. I am keeping an eye on prices so I can get a semi decent ATI in order to increase my PPD - oh and enjoy games more

My recent activity has been with a PS3 on and my pc folding 14-16 hrs a day I still only average 111 !!!!

My own locking saga aside, i have NO problems.. with all the versions /knocks on wood

today my GTX260 arrives so my PPD will go UP again , just a side note

Im also going on the record to say all of my problems as of late I'm ruling as the pos D-Link wireless dongle since pulling it out and throwing it far across the road into the snow and going back to wired no BSoDS this far I'm keeping 3.34 for now just to be safe

I'm having a feeling I spoke too soon I really need to setup remote access so i can verify my damn BSOD which I believe has happend yet again
