gpu spiking up and down fps drop

hey so basically when im playing i keep getting these fps drops and if you take a look at my gpu usage you can see where it spikes my setup is gtx 980 strix sli 5820k asus rampage v extreme 16gb ram

That doesn't look GPU related. If it was I'd expect 100% utilization where the drop is.
It could be related to graphics driver version, are you on the latest/recommended driver?

Had this problem for a few months now and through out updating drivers it hasn't changed and yeah I updated it to latest Driver again last night still the same its starting to get very stressful as I feel like I'm never going to fix it and my pc is a lost cause
