GPU Bridge TRIPLE Serial for 2 cards possible?

Is made for 3 cards but If I want to run it for now with just 2 cards is it possible to seal the middle slot shut for dual gpu watercooling?

Do I need to buy some special seal for the middle slot?

Not sure if you can but you might be able to blank off the middle one on the triple bridge.
