Trouble fitting GPU, not sure if insane.

Hola amigos. At long last I have a modern GPU, physically the biggest I've ever had and I'm running into issues fitting it.

Im really not sure if the pins must stick out of the IO panel where it bolts to case, where you plug your display cables in.
With much twisting and turning and even dismantling for better angles im feeling like it's probably meant to sit inboard?
If it sits inside the case fully I have zero problems.

I've had dual slot cards before, last two cards were both and were fine but it seems the divider between the slots might be an issue, especially if it is to fit outside the case?
Case is 4000D airflow and the card is asus tuf 3070ti oc

Let me know if im insane, thanks

Looks to me like you arent getting those cutouts in the slots at the back. The GPU bracket is universal and all cases accomodate multi slots dating back years and years

That distance the bracket is sticking out looks the same distance as the cutout length.

The tabs on the GPU won't be outside the case, they will slot into those slots that Warchild circled on the inside of the case.

Thank you, it is sitting nicely in the slot Warchild pointed out.
Time to boot and see if things explode.
