Got some OCZ BGA Ramsinks.They rock...

Got these in today...3 packs of them so that i can cool my burning hot MOSFETS of my P4C800E motheboard due to the prescott 5ghz clocks (thanks phil).

I can say i am very impressed with these ramsinks...they are the best i have come accross...full copper with huge fins to do the job allright and thermal tape on their base so that you dont have to use epoxy which will be permanent and leave marks on your board in case you need to RMA it

they come in packs of 8 and are designed for BGA ram chips...so that they keep your graphics card memory or your system ram chips cool..

they are Ideal for MOSFETS in motherboards too...they are gonna take the load off my mosfets for sure

I've got some as well (6 packs) and I'm a big fan of them - make your board look nice as well!

here it is...some of the ramsinks installed...

theres another mosfet insulated by the seal string on the right of the evap right next to the fan header...unfortunately no access-clearance in order to cool that one... hehe

and heres the mess the prescott did to the thermal tape of the coolermaster ramsinks...nearly melted the ramsinks themselves hehe
