Hey guy,
Got a GTX 560 but it has this noisy fan. Is it possible to replace the fan or the cooler on the unit or is there anything else I can do?
Here is the offender:

Sowing machine oil can help just dont use loads (quick fix)

I dont think its worth spending 40 or 50quid replacing the whole cooler though?

If you take off one of the fans you should be able to find the model number at the back. If you then Google the model number you may be able to purchase a single fan replacement. I did this with my previous graphics card when two of the fans died.

maybe contact msi, if warranty is up thats the first thing I'd do, maybe they'll send you a fan replacment :)

It's over 2 years old.

that only matters for RMA, theres nothing to lose if you contact MSI, just present proof of purchase (picture of the invoice) and see if they can sort it for you.

I never had anything to do with msi customer support but they're supposed to be quite good.
