Glossy R4

the R4 looks so awesome with the window, does it really affect the sound dampening? or it it just worth it because it looks so good?

I think it doesn't effect deadening that much, it certainly looks awesome! It's what the R4 needed to make it perfect! Me and the owner are happy with it!

Little change.
You're seeing orange, but actually, it's very brown =] The light in the room was destroying all the colors!

Spray was perfect with this one.
My GPU shroud paint didn't turn out so good. The saleswoman gave me some retarded nozzle -.- I have to redo that, first clean it off with nitro, then repaint it! God help me!
Next: SLEEVES!

He wanted them brown, he got brown. It's not orange. The camera is stupid. Just need complete darkness to bring it as close to the real color as it can get.
I wanted vanilla, like the frame of the fans... Now I regret everything! But he likes it, so that's ok...

*cough* GTX470 *cough*
WITH AN ACCELERO XTREME ON IT! I think we're going to paint the blades too xD
He got it for 100€ so... He's going to SLI it, maybe...

No problem, we get that its brown. Dont worry about the language either, its all good :)

Filming:
Can i suggest allowing enough light directly onto whatever item you are focusing on when filming - A dark item and sharp backlight dont make for good images. Seems to be a good idea to film downwards in order to fully utilize the roof light. Daytime - use the light from the window and the roof for all its worth. :) Turning off the light doesnt do anything good for that camera. Only use to show off lights in the rig.
Nice to see the new mods on your rig - sure, edges on the cutout arent flawless but its not totally bad either. The black/blue on the HX will go nicely with a general black/blue theme. Details like that might seem small, but if there are several like that - they make a BIG impression in the final build.
How thick is the glass? Just be careful - these are always very fragile.

And the GPU shroud. All for now.

The glass door was made today! The glass is 4mm thick, no worries there.
Thanks for watching dude! You ROCK! Upcoming vids will be better =]

Be nice to see it. We used to put tempered glass windows in control panels when I worked at Bosch. Customers liked to show off our work inside them. I always thought of doing it on a system, but my life took a turn and I never got to try it. There we used plasma cutters to mod the cases. :)
