Hi guys,
The serial number of my Aorus 1080ti has been accidentally removed and for future protection I have asked Gigabyte if the would provide warranty on the GPU in this case (including no proof of purchase).
They have said if the serial number is missing from the product they cannot provide warranty.
The only bar code that is visible is the code near the PCI express connector - would this bar code verify the serial number ?
I still have the original box with all the bar codes on including the serial number.
Would this suffice ?
