I am not a fan boy of MS by any means, but the woman loves using IE over FF.

Now my little 2 year old is following daddies footsteps, becoming firmailiar with the computer and loves playing on it. With that comes the chance he will hose things, which he did last night.

Somehow he managed to delted the IE. He got into the remove program area and hit that nice button, and now its gone....

So is there any way to get it back? I really dont want to reinstall windows cuz well, Really like to get my new stuff first before i do that. and help i would be thankful

wow Never thought of that in the add remove area. Man I coulda used this a long time ago and it would have saved me soooo much time reinstalling windows. Microsoft probually knows me by first name by now :) Thanks again problem solved

its sometimes the easiest things do that that stump you sometimes, O one more thing Why is it that ISP providers offer little to no support for other Browsers? I mean, I think thats what keeps MS in the game cuz if the ISPs provided other browser options I think IE would go down. If i remeber corectly Netscape used to come with alot of dial up back in the days

ye i know, thats why i often tend to write those simple thing even if some people deem it "stupid"

wow do you get support for ie, my isp doesnt give any support on the computer itself.

only the modem and connection to the computer but thats also all thats needed as i dont have any login or similar.

Yeah mine was really good at this I have SBC here for dsl and they were awsome at giving me help getting the network set up, to the point i am so pleased with it I may even upgrade from the 3.0 to the 6.0bm conection

sounds like you got a more complicated setup than i have then.

i go online without touching a button when reinstalling windows for example so their isnt much support needed to be given.

well I have a network of 8 computers and for some reason its not as simple as a plug and play due to IP conflicts. Maunually setting it up solved all problems and im now looking at getting a network switch cuz I have 2 routers piggy backed atm

8 computers, abit more complicated than my 1 then ;)

but their is problems with simplicity too, if i forget to turn of the modem while installing windows i can catch a virus before windows is even finished installing.

happened once and its more than enough.
