I have that motherboard; admittedly, I bought it for the colour scheme but it seems fine to me; plenty of BIOS options, good onboard sound/LAN/USB. It's a little small compared to other ATX boards (actually narrower) so might look small in the case, maybe. Your SATA ports are usually going to be controlled by the chipset but the AsRock ones seem good, too. IMO, it's a fine motherboard, no rel need to get something else.
