Will it work? And also if you can suggest a bether value motherboard and also the CPU, maybe I could just use an fx 6300, even though the difference in price compared to the fx 8320e was of just 20€. I'm waiting for your replies.

Graphics card wise, I would go for a 380(x) same price performs almost as good as a gtx 970.
Motherboard wise this is also going to suffice. http://www.amazon.it/Gigabyte-GA-97...d=1459442387&sr=1-15&keywords=am3+motherboard Less I/O but with separated audio circuit and the vrm/heatsink might be a bit better. Generally speaking with AMD AM3+ motherboards you are going to need beefy power delivery to the cpu and don't even think overclocking on those motherboards.

CPU wise. The 8320e is a GREAT little chip for its price. Low power consumption means it's going to be easier for the motherboard to cope with it. Totally worth the 20 Euros extra.

The PSU is just ok. It's going to be able to power everything up and it's quite reliable, I've bought the same for an old desktop of mine. I have it most than a year. No problems with it at all.
