G620 or G620T?

Looking at one of the above for a NAS/HTPC box, obviously I'd like to make it as quiet as possible so looking at passive cooling the CPU, would the G620T be cooler as it has a lower power rating?

If so, is there any reason why I shouldn't choose the G620T over the G620, assuming I could get them for the same price?

The G620T is only clocked at 2.20ghz where as the G620 is at 2.60ghz, so I say go for the G620

Your getting slightly better integrated graphics with the 620. So If its mainly for watching movies I would go for that.

The architecture is 32nm same in each chip, so clocked the same on paper temps and power consumption would be the same.

Are you going for linux + samba?

I'll probably go for the 620 then I've got a copy of WHS2011 here that I've had for a while and never used, so will probably use that
