Hi all well as you know i bought maverik's FX60 from him, i am doing a bit of burning in at the mo to get the volts down, i am running this chip at 3Gig with only 1.45 volts, yes and i am only on a water setup.

did have a little play with the CPC bench test and just having a few problems at the mo with the video compression test, but as for the others this chip is flying, wont say to much at the moment, but when i have got my head around the video compression i will post the scores.

Try upping the volts slightly on the CPU for video test.

If that dont work up the chipset volts to 1.65v.

If that don't work adjust LDT to 1.4v (don't use 1.5v)

Try these one at a time first - then mix two, then do all 3 (stop when the stability is there).

Make usre you are running with the dual core driver installed from AMD.

Or drop the clocks just for that test.

Try the test at stock to, could be a CODEC issue - if it dont run at stock the you probably require a clean install of Windows.

Cheers

Mav

Thanks mav mate all i can say is thank you very much mate what a chip you sold me, as you know the opty i have is very good but this fx rocks mate, everyone should have a good look at your stuff your selling as it does what is says.

Thanks again mav mate.

will do mate, most of you know me now and i do take hardware seriously as you may have seen by some of my benches with budget hardware and have gotten good scores, so all i will say is if anyone is in the market for any hardware i recommend maverik as the kit i have seen him sell and i have bought rocks

I second that !!

Well guts you all know i bought maveriks fx60 from him and well this chip is just going from strength to strength, i can now clock this chap to 2926MHZ with just 1.34 volts prime stable on both cores, next am is to try and get it up to 3GHZ with just 1.35 volts then let the games begin, and remember i am just on Plain old water cooling, my opty 165 used to need 1.55 Volts to do 2.9GHz prime stable, so the Fx60 can clock at over 2.9GHz with 200MV lower and with a higher clock.

can thank you enough maverik for such a great chip mate.
