Right guys the build to be planned is to get my dad back up and running on games again, lost his Pc when split with his partner so want to get him back up and gaming on a budget £370 is the absolute limit as got alot more expenses this month.

Anyways i have a few bits to get his started and that is:
1) 1 HD5970 2GB
2) Win7
3) RM750 Corsair PSU

1) So i need small HDD enough for OS and a few games a known brand would be nice.
2) MOBO
3) CPU
4) RAM
5) Case

I was thinking of an intel anniversary CPU, with a "MSI Z97 Gaming 5" or "Asus Maximus VII Ranger" with some cheap but decent RAM i was gonna put Vengeance 8Gb in there for some future-proofing with a 500GB HDD, and a case like the Corsair Carbide SPEC 01 or Bitfenix Shinobi "core".

Open to suggestions and thanks guys and girlies :)

DO NOT get a 500GB HDD. 1TB should be 15Euros away.
As for ram, can you find G.Skill AEGIS 1600Mhz RAM, they are known to be a cheap but quality brand, and the AEGIS looks quite nice.
Regarding cases, it's pretty much a personal choice.
CPU and mobo wise. The pentiumK sounds like a deal now, if you don't plan on upgrading to an i7 and going for a crazy OC an MSI z97 GUARD-PRO should do the job, also notice that with this paricular board you won't be afraid of compatibility issues with the sata ports

True and if i can get the budget down i will get a 1TB but honestly after buying a bed mattress moving van etc i don't have the funds lol

This is the build i have come up with and thanks Thelosouvlakia gone for:

MSI Z97 guard-pro mobo
Intel Pentium G3258
Toshiba 1TB HDD
Corsair LP 8Gb of ram
Corsair Carbide Spec-01
Blue sata cable

And with the money saved i thought adding
Corsair H55
Plus some Blue airflow fans
All under the budget :)
