I'm thinking either you or C...haven't heard a word from the others regarding their delivery, and mine has yet to come.

Aye were all looking forward to it dude, if you're worried about your write up I don't mind proof reading for you.
Had I had everything here and ready for photos I would have gone first gladly, just didn't want to start a build log half arsed, I could just throw my renders, some sponsor logos and some generic (googled) hardware photos onto a thread and describe the plan and process, but I want everything here ready and collected before starting, that way I can begin pretty much straight away from the opening post, keeping the build process documented and updated often.hey I didn't want to go first! lol

This is an mod ability competition and any large hardware used will not affect the outcome what so ever. Well matched parts and good colours etc etc etc are what will stand out. You could have a sandy i3 and a single 450 but if it looks the nuts theres no reason why that couldnt beat a 5960X and a 980 Ti rig. Its not the size of your wallet or how strong your blag game is.
Its also a bit rude using OC3D as a blagging opportunity without asking me first - just sayin'

i haven't asked any vendors or anyone for anything parts as i'm mostly using the parts i already have.
the only thing i want from OC3D is advice and input.

i have Avexir, however avexir don't ask what the RAM is for, they generally send out whatever i need whenever i need it, my main sponsor and has been for over a year. So it's not me
