Flashing VBIOS Help?

Okay so Sapphire have sent me a couple of files to flash my VBIOS and get rid of the problem that I mentioned in this thread:

They sent me the SOP PDF to explain how to do it, but honestly it's confusing the heck out of me and is barely written in English. I'd have to do it basically by the pictures alone. It's saying how to make a DOS Bootable USB Stick to flash the VBIOS with.

They also sent me these files, which I believe are the flash utility + new vbios
