So want to watercool my pc. I am noob at this however I still want to get good equipment and do it right so here is my list of stuff I want to buy.

CPU block - http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...cts_id=32331:101506551c8f3d2ef3f1b5b13385d3aa
GPU Block - http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...cts_id=35554:b410b8c99d51c15a88d6ee11b153be9b

Now I know this stuff will fit in my case. I have a NZXT Switch 810. now I would like to get 1/2", 3/4" OD tubing. can some one plz recommend me some good fittings. I will need some 45 degree and would like a few quick disconnects. This is a lot to ask I know but I figured if I wanted answers to watercooling I should come here. thanks

Assuming you only have 1 GPU - the single 420 would be fine. Although I'd recommend a 360 instead as there's a better choice of fans.

As for tubing - we tend to recommend here 7/16 tubing on half inch barbs. That way, it's a tight enough fit that you don't need hose clamps to keep them on.
So those, with any 1/2 barbs really. Something cheap and nice. I use Bitspower myself:

Why do you need quick disconnects? The Switch 810 is good enough that you wouldn't need them tbh.

You can if you want to.
But they don't look as good, and they aren't really necessary.

With standard 1/2 barbs with 7/16 tubing, it takes a lot of force, even to pull the tubing off yourself. There's no way it will come off accidentally, assuming you've put it on properly in the first place.

Compression fittings are basically a barb and a clamp. But with the right hosing, you don't need the clamp part of it anyway, so you may as well just get barbs.

Bitspower makes probably the best fitting, barbs or compressions. You could go with 1/2 ID 3/4 OD compression fitting and tubing, 7/16 ID 5/8 OD compression fitting and tubing, or 7/16 ID tubing with 1/2 ID barb fittings. I personally use 7/16 ID 5/8 OD EK compression fittings (Bitspower is quite expensive) with 7/16 and 5/8 tubing (I think the slightly smaller tubing looks nicer).

Regarding the type of tubing, I'd 100% suggest Primochill Advanced LRT. Their Pro tubing is garbage, so watch out (Also, to anyone saying Mayhem's isn't compatible, I talked to the guys over at Mayhem's and they said the new Advanced Primochill tubing passed their testing fine).

Oh, and if you're going with an XSPC bay res, pick one of these up, they let you put a barb and a bit of tubing on the res to fill without pulling the reservoir out and making the tubing untidy.

As said, go with a 360mm rad (and 240 if you think you need it). Fan choice is much better.
