First CPU you've ever owned?

My very first was a Phenom 9950 - first rig when I was 13, and I was dead set on going quad core, which at the time was the thing to have (even though it didn't really make much difference).
After that, the trusty 965, up until last June when I got my 3770k.

As of a couple of months ago, things have been in flux really. I've gone to an i3 2120, to a 3570k (which I still currently have in my Prodigy), to a 2600k, and now I've got my 3960X which is hopefully here to stay!

If we're talking Pc then it was a 386 back in the day. My first memories of what i called a computer was my much loved Amstrad CPC464 green screen with a Zilog Z80A processor.

The first CPU I ever bought that wasn't part of a pre-build was a Pentium 166 from a second hand shop. I part exchanged my Cyrix P150 due to how badly the FPU co-processor was for games such as Quake.

First pc I ever used was commodore 64 (I was 6) with 1541 drive.
First pc I bought was 386 dx 40Mhz with a fantastic TURBO button!
I think I still have an IBM/PS2 laying around and should still work :)

This was my first, and Intel 8080, it ran CP/M.

and yes, I'm f*****g old (44)!

First cpu I bought: Core 2 Duo E7300
Oldest Cpu I own: Some old pentium 2, I'm lazy to check right now
First pc I used: I know it was a pentium 4 (I don't own it anymore)

I think it was an AMD DX4 120 or something like that.
Think I then upgraded to a Cyrix 686 200MHz.
Ah, thems were the days, when fans on cpu coolers were largely optional...

Pentium III, came from my old Dell XPS T500 (which I still have and it works). From 1998. Had the largest HDD you could get for it (18gb) Maxed out at 128mb of RAM.

Pentium 166mhz was my first system

Edit: but my dad bought the family a commodore 64 when i was a kid.
