its a black corsa 1.2 merit soo its decent for my first car

I agree with this! Although, I am not all the familiar with how Vauxhall uses parts. Are they generally the same in every model?

all depends, some will be the same, but unless its the same model without research you can never be sure. Its not worth keeping a £450 car for the few bits you 'may' need though. Much better off selling it and going to a scrappy or hitting ebay for bits when you need them.

I would sell the car, part are not that much as there are loads of non-vauxhall parts from places like halfords and clarkes.

Also get a haynes manual for it, greatest investment I ever had with my cars.
