well i use to have a dingy space to play ( sit on sofa bed use desk and struggle to get into room (2mx2.2m) tiny room,

so splashed out this month on :

bed from ikea £89.99

matress £79.99

work surface of ebay £5

chair of ebay £100

monitor of here £50

That is looking much better. The before pics reminded me of my old setup which was basically my laptop on a shelving unit with a rickety chair in front of it.

One word of warning, an old... friend of mine had that bed. It speaks mercilessly when you have... company.

Also, that chair is sweet and cables blah blah

Playing @ 1300dpi would be like trying to drink with both hands and playing with your foot.

The higher the DPI the higher the sensitivity, that means the higher the DPI the less control you have. Professional gamers will never use over 800dpi, infact my mouse goes to 1800dpi I think, yet I use 400 lol.

I have 0.5 sensitivity ingame and the mouse mat from one end to other is 180 turn.

Have played like this really for years, works same for MX518, high sens players will never have good aim :D.

Don't worry lol, I started out at 5.0 sensitivity on an old ball mouse, I could do 360 with a little turn, I got used to it obviously.

I then got my MX518 tweaked my Windows mouse acceleration, removed any force feedback and wow I doubled my accuracy and skill level lol.

Diamondback 3G is probably my best mouse ever :D, I have had a few lol.

If you need to see my gameplay you can :), can just prove to you the point of high sens and low sens.

Actually I have another idea :D.

Well if you can aim in 1 game, you can in all.

Aiming = tracking, not this lucky headshot stuff lol, that game is Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and I play Enemy Territory, which is a FREE standalone FPS game.

If your good at CSS, your useless on RTCW, if your good on RTCW you have most aspects sorted, aim, tracking, flicking, movement, spread and gameplay experience :D.

CSS is like camp, lucky headshot there and stuff :D.

RTCW and ET take a lot of practice and skill in aiming.
 
ahh ok i play cs myself

also i just bought a razerboomslang mouse a si dont liek shape of mx518 now looking for a tidy mousemat
