To save even more space disable some windows features that you do not use.

Go to control panel- programs and features- turn windows features on and off- follow instructions. Can save 1-5gb or more depending on what you disable.

Programs like CCcleaner do nothing that you can't do yourself with the correct knowledge.

Another tip for you all. Instead of just using the built in uninstaller try out Revo Uninstaller.

Just go with the free basic version and be sure to run it in advanced mode. It will get rid of any registry settings, caches, folders etc.

i totally agree but most people just want a fast and easy one click solution.

@op you can also limit the amount of cache your chosen browser is allowed to use.
