hey,
pathetic micro update so i wont bother changing the main title today....
I've been onto Duniek (im sure most of you know him, if you dont he's the guy that makes custom waterblocks) about a NB/Chipset/Mosfet waterblock for the board, as it seems unlikely that any retail ones will be made. To do this i had to remove the stock heatsinks and take some pics so he could gauge how to do it, so heres some naked board pr0n.... and i replaced the stock thermal paste with some MX-2, dropped nb heatsink temps about 5 degrees

Also thinking about the front, What do we reckon to this? 2 Alphacool displays, the custom fan controller and a Drive Bezel, and four Lian Li intake thingys. all white obv. opinions please
I know its a poor photoshop but im in a rush!
Phase cooler complete, just gotta pay tomorrow and wait for it to be shipped praying to all the Gods i can think of that it fits the case without too much modding! I have a backup plan if it dosent.

okay I got one of the alphacool LCD's to try out. I only got one becuase they are pretty expensive and I didnt want to buy them just to figure out they were garbage. (however they really are not!) they look excellent and are really easy to set up. plus the front fascia comes off easy so i can mod it.
anyways, I have done a video to demonstrate how I have set it up - Its on a retro theme. The audio was supposed to be Can't Stop By RHCP but they have disabled it

That LCD panel actually looks pretty cool! Like how you included the little space invader on it too haha. If you did get another one though, what would that be displaying thats not on the current one?

you can set them individually and you can configure them to have pretty much whatever you like on them, theres loads of plugins and you can create your own 
and that space invader is there so i can verify if its locked up during overclocking

Hey guys, just a quick status update on the project. and a couple of plans:
Natwest are muppets so they didnt send my payment to LittleDevil so there are further delays there >: ( So i have to go re-do it.
I'm going to send the motherboard to Duniek (he has his own CNC setup) so he can fit it with custom waterblocks I'd do it myself and send him the measurements but I dont want to screw up, and he says if he gets it he can maybe do a full cover block
I'm going to be replacing all the fans with black and white Fractal Design fans from QuietPC.

small update The phase cooler has arrived in the UK and is awaiting delivery today

thanks! i asked him to do the compressor white and the condensor black, inc. that and delivery it was €420 which tbh is not a bad price.
reckon im gonna get a new bezel and if possible change it to a blue LCD for that controller though -__-

Looks pretty good. You know yet if your getting individual waterblocks or a full cover one?
Also, how loud is phase change? Never seen it personally but theres a compressor and in my experience compressor = noisy haha

Duniek says theres about a 50/50 chance to make the NB/NF200 a full cover block, but im hoping for a full cover of course
dunno how loud it is yet, not fired it up. came with a euro plug, not a uk plug ¬_¬ gotta rewire it.

Phase cooler is in! (sorry for poor quality pics, only got crappy cameraphone atm)
Hard drive bays were removed and cut so that it could rest on the PSU at the same height, then I installed a dual bay radiator underneath (it fits perfectly, and the gap for the tubing to get to the motherboard is *just right* ) I also spraypainted this black.
The PSU with all the wires and the radiator make it a tight fit!
but It just goes in. It really all is fitting together so well, I couldnt have asked for a better fit between all the components if i had them custom made!
I have murdermod sleeved the cables aswell slick.
The suction line from the unit is also the *perfect* length to reach the CPU aswell I cant stress how perfect everything is fitting!
OMG! where has the motherboard gone!? oh, thats right, I sent it to duniek to get custom blocks done...
also as a teaser of what is to come, Tribal Overkill Dual res anyone?
and finally, a nice frosy evap
