I run G.Skill, and have done a few times, nothing put solid performance for me, not a single problem. On the flip side, I have had some issues with Corsair Vengeance in the past (not LP though). I guess it's really luck of the draw, I don't hear about many RAM issues these days apart from bad overclocks and duff installs.

G.Skill is ok. I don't know about their support tbh, but I never got issues with their stuff. Look around for those Trident X 2400, relatively well priced, Samsung ICs and good looks. Modular heatspreaders too!

Yeah aneesh99, I have had Corsair LP in my last two computers and I have never had any problems with them. I just wanted to try a different manufacturer.
ccaution , From what I've seen the Trident only come in red , I'm trying to stick to a black and blue theme. But , Do all G. Skill have Samsung IC's ?.

Those Tridents 2400c10, used to be Hynix in the first batches, but now it Samsung HCH9 and even HYK0 in the latest ones! HYKO are epic btw.

But since you're after a blue/black you could see some RipjawZ i suppose
