Far Cry 3 a big suprise or disappointment ?

Don't think it's that great of a game, story is too Hollywood with the easy going fella turning drug addict and going all Schwarzenegger. Gameplay wise it doesn't really do it for me, interesting, but too much fluff. Also, can't imagine a bloody Jaguar being able to take 20 bullets from an AK47 before going down. Performance wise, I get 60 with full details in 1080p if I turn AA down to 4. Half that if it's set to 8.

I'm guessing you guys aren't using super sampling? Once I set it to 4xMSAA 30FPS is a total struggle on stock clock 7970, With AA off 60FPS is a struggle.

Try running Farcry accross three monitor and see what you get.

I'm currently on a GTX590 and if spanning across the three screens, I've really got to lower the graphic settings to get a smooth game play.
