Well mine is a thicker rad - but my small pc is going to be a H100i.

So thicker do push-pull and wih the 100i what should I do -push or pull or?

Depends, usually it doesn't matter temps wise wether you use push or pull, but when you go with fans like Corsair SP or Silverstone AP fans I guess push would do slightly better as they are designed to push air through high density opjects.

Though, with pull it is easier to clean the dust out as it's on the rad, not between the rad and the fans.

This video explains it pretty well:

Aw.. Linus :). Studied this vid a while back too. Presure fans like the corsairs are ideal for push because of the broad blades. Doesn't mean they will performe less if in pull config. I actually bought and tested a H100i for my friend, and it didn't make a difference pull vs push. I wouldn't use pull at the expense of temp gain only for dust buildup though if I knew it wouldn't be good.

in CoolSair im using the Corsair SP120's quiet, but in my missus rig im gunna use Phobya Nano-G theyre quiet and shift a lot of air!

So basically just use the SPs in pull configuration - although Im buying a serious amount of anti-dust foam to use in the case so should be able to keep dust to a minimum (I hope).
