When it comes to fans, what's the best and most efficient setup? Are 120mm @ high(ish) RPM better than 140mm @low(er) RPM?
I'm just trying to decide what to put where and which make to possibly get. I know most people here will argue against more fans but I'd like to know what's best for certain setups and what makes are worth buying.
