Fan choices

I have bought a H100 and would like to replace to white ones can anyone tell me a good make and being quite is very important thanks

White coloured fans or white LED fans?

If the latter - I use Silverstone Air Penetrators which are chrome coloured, but can be found with white LEDs and they are very good fans and quiet too.

The only real white fans I know are Bitfenix Spectres - but they wont perform particularly well on an H100.

i believe you mean replacing the "fans" for quite white fans?
Swiftech Helix 120 or Helix 120PWM are great for this application.

had the Swiftechs mounted on my GTX240 and now the H100, and now replaced the
Helix 120 with Swiftech Helix 120 PWM having the motherboard control the fan function
because the H100 will not control any fan other than the OE corsair fans.

Isnt the difference just the connector they use? If so, I personally wouldnt really class them as different fans - just up to the user which they buy

Sorry, just providing options for different fans. The design (look and spec) of Spectre and the Pro variant are different. The spec of the Pro and the Pro PWM are also different too.

Ah, I knew the spectres and the spectre pros were different - thought spectre pro and PWM were the same spec though
Either way - I'm pretty sure I'm right in saying they arent really suitable for use on an H100 due to the static pressure?

go for some corsair sp 120mm fans mate i have just ordered mine and it has taken me day to find good one and these beat all lol

As far as I'm aware yeh - all 230mm fans are quiet
