Sounds like a fun project — always nice to refresh a space you spend a lot of time in, especially a gaming room! The white and walnut color combo sounds clean and cozy; it should really brighten up the basement while keeping it warm and grounded.Introduction
Hi all! I'm planning on renovate my basement/gaming room. witch i spend most of my spear time
This is how it looks now:
This is what im going to do:
-Painting the walls
-The walls will be painted in white and walnut
-Remove a lot of the things around. like tables
-Mounting a channel with network and power behind my desk/table
-Changing the sofa for a chair
-Alot of minor things

Bein doing some crappy translations now, the threat is started some days ago.
One thing I already know I want for sure: I’ll be using botanical wallpaper on one of the walls to bring in a bit of a natural, calming atmosphere. I found some really great options here – botanical wallpaper from https://fancywalls.eu/wallpaper-pattern/botanical-wallpaper/ – and I think it’ll be a nice contrast to the tech-heavy setup in the rest of the room.
Clearing out extra furniture and running proper power and network channels behind the desk is definitely a smart move. It’ll make the whole setup more functional and streamlined. And switching to a chair might even give you more space and flexibility, depending on how you game.
Would love to see some updates as you go — always cool to follow along with other people’s renovation progress. Good luck with the rest of it!
