EVGA gtx 680 4gb waterblock

I have a question that i was hoping someone here could answer. i have the card in the title (04G-P4-2686-KR) and i want to get the heatkiller 680 block, but i cant find any confirmation that that block fits my card. if someone knows if it does could they let me know thanks.

Generally, nope - won't fit.
Waterblocks tend to be designed for reference PCBs.
But.. since you're having an EVGA card, check their "Hydro Copper" waterblock.
Im quite frankly not sure if it has to be the 'normal' Hydro Copper or the Classified version tbh.
But that's something EVGAs support should be able to answer

That's the thing though, Ive seen pictures of my card naked and its is a reference design but i just wanted someone who has this card and the block i want to let me know that it does work.

i emailed watercool and they told me that since my card is reference it will work but 120 is a lot to gamble on especially since i don't have a job and cant return it if it doesn't fit.

It depends on the card, if it is the EVGA Classified card, no regular 680 block will fit on it (excluding the EVGA-Swiftec block). If it's a reference GTX 680 layout the heatkiller will fit on it.

Well, if Watercool stated "it will fit" then it will.
Otherwise you could return the Block, prolly free of charge.
(At least if you save the mail that "officially" said, that it would fit..)

And if its actually reference layout, you could fit ANY block on it
(Maybe check in with EVGA if it is build on that reference layout, just to be safe)
