Just thought it'd be cool.
Especially how you are doing the carbide cases.
Plan on building 2 pcs.
1 with the new 240 (not the original case for this)
would come with:
amd apu a10 7850k
msi a88x g-45 gaming motherboard
8gb corsair dominator 1866 memory (planning on oc'ing to 2500)
corsair 750watt 80+ gold the hx series one
*(depending maybe or maybe not, i would try the r9 280x powercolor version)
256gb corsair Neutron ssd
2tb seagate 7200 hdd
corsair h110i cpu cooler
also with the airflow on the new 240, i'd be some nice cooling in there!
2. with the carbide 540
comes with:
intel i7-4790k
the msi z97 gd65 gaming motherboard
corsair 16gb 4x4 vengeance pro 2133mhz with the 9 latency (9-11-11-31)
corsair 750watt 80+ gold same hx series
want to try the gtx 750ti on this one (either msi or the evga ftw version -- only because it has that high base clock ratting on it-- really would like to see what those numbers could produce with the 4790k)
if not I want to try the radeon 7950 or the r7 260x x2 crossfire version
I'd go with a 480 samsung evo ssd with a 120 adata ssd and a seagate cheetah 15k rpm 600gb hdd.
also the corsair h110i cooler just because I like that one
So ya know, a nice oc3d color on the cases along with some purple neon lights inside and it would really pimp out the rigs!! (not sure how different though the 240 and 540 would look with lighting (or the same lighting)
