EU opens Antitrust Investigations Against Qualcomm

The European Commission has opened two formal antitrust investigations into possible abusive behavior by Qualcomm.

If it ends up like the last investigation with Intel and AMD, then they just pay a fine and technically after can continue to do the same thing if they don't continue to check up on them.
