We need a dedicated roster up to know whos in a whos not. We then need to start assigning roles to people such as recruiting officer etc.

Another suggestion that i have seen work very well for a top clan in the past is to make every member equal. That way people can talk and chat to each other on a personal level, therefore influencing far better teamwork.

I like the sound of equality - but does it really work in the society we live in?
