EK-XRES 140 for Liang D5

Hi guys,

Just hoping for someone has this res mounted and can tell me the dimensions of the bottom part of the res, as I have not had any luck finding them online and they only ever mention that the tube is 60mm in diameter.

Unfortunately I only have about 80mm of space to fit the res, so my photon from my previous build cannot be used and I have to look for a one. From looking, it would seem as though it will fit, however I would just like to make sure.

Have you tried to send a mail to EK?
They are quite fast to send you an anser.
I have send mail's to them and got an anser the same day, ore the day after.

It's 64mm square with a little raised section on the left making it 68mm wide. The pump top part is 30mm thick and with a pump installed it would be around 30mm taller. With the EK heatsink installed it is 34mm taller. I have a DDC X-Res 100 here with EK heatsink so let me know if you need any other dimensions.

Yes, I had already sent an email off to EK, however still havent received an email as of yet. Its been 3 days now Granted only 1 working day.

Do the D5 X-Res and DDC X-Res have the same footprint ?
Just asking because OP was reffering to the D5 X-RES and your's is a DDC one i believe.
Just to avoid misinfo and save him trouble if he buys it and does not fit.

Noooo, the D5 X-res will be 80mm Square, I forgot there was a D5 X-res with the same name and wrongly assumed it would be a DDC when the OP said it needed to go in a small space.
