EIZO Foris 240hz

I've just found this and I was wondering if anyone has had an experience with it? I didn't even know 240hz monitors were a thing. Brand wise I'm not too aware of them either. While I'm aware a single 780/780ti won't exactly put out enough frames for this with 90% of games it'll be great for some arena shooters/epeen.

Well it would explain why its the only "240Hz" monitor. GG EIZO.
Oh well back to shopping for monitors.

I have no idea if this is any better than a true 144hz monitor, but i wouldn't spend my money to find out.

Some people in the reviews claim it is. Seems like its also poorly made. I do rather like high refresh rate and higher resolution as well. Guess I better wait.

The gsync monitors aren't far off iirc? Maybe one of those would be viable.

Gsync tho.
I don't really want to put money into gsync due to the whole freesync thing. Whatever tech comes out on top I'll get. I don't want to be left with the loser.

I don't think there will be a winner or a loser, if both do what they are supposed to do then the result will be the same. I am going to stick to nvidia anyways. For me it's just a DIY upgrade for my current monitor, even though i am not sure if i will do that.
