It's got me at 45 - 46 idle at stock volts at 4ghz.

In realtemp it saves the TJMax of your last CPU which from your sig seems to be a Q6700 so maybe it has the TJMax stuck on 95 which would explain the 10c difference between Core and RealTemp.

Perhaps the TJMax value can be changed in there too so it displays the correct values but I'm not sure on that.
