Dual D5 for serial redundancy + cylinder reservoir?

I'm most likely thinking this a wee bit backwards or sideways.

I can't seem to figure how to put together a pump/res combo using 2x D5 pumps together with a cylinder reservoir.

Do I need two cylinder reservoirs? Since the D5 usually mounts directly to the base of the cylinder reservoir, how would you attach a second D5 to such a setup?

I'm assuming a second reservoir/pump is required and then connect the two pump/res combos with tubing somehow.

EDIT// Both the bitspower and EK dual D5 pump top enhancemnts are either EoL or OoS

Actually, after some seriously tedious digging around, I managed to locate one unit at an EU retailer. This model: https://shop.ekwb.com/ek-d5-dual-top-g1-4-csq-black-acetal

However, after being in contact with EK asking them about the EoL on this item they have responded that there is a new redesigned dual D5 top in the wroks and that it is supposed to go retail within 4-5 weeks time on their own web shop.

Dunno, might waitfor the new one, or might not. The old dual top got _very_ good reviews over at extremerigs.net

Here is one at Scan dude get in there quick if they are EOL assuming you are UK based
Hope this helps :) http://www.scan.co.uk/products/ek-d5-dual-top-g1-4-csq-acetal

Edit: thats pre-order but they are overdue since 20th July

I don't know if this is any use to you fella there is a white dual D5 but its for 2 loops http://www.scan.co.uk/products/ek-d5-dual-top-2-loops-white-acetal

No doubt the new ones will be an improved version I would personally wait until they come out seeing as its not too long to wait :) then check the reviews on them. I would imagine EK have done a lot of R+D to get it better.
