drawing software

hi

i am looking for help with finding a drawing software like autocad. would prefer something less costly, would even settle for it too be free!.

i would like to put some designs on disc mostly square and some round shapes, so i could get them cut by cncd.

ideally novice level (drag and drop?) or software that is easily learned-prefer short time frame.

any pointers appreciated
