Howdy guys,

I've been following the videos and reviews for ages now. I'm looking for a case that can cope with Saint Bernard hair and dust

Many have slide out dust filters, but I'm looking for one that works well. It will be a gaming rig, so feel free to share ideas to keep it all cool. Is any particualr air or water cooling setup better suited to fur/dust? It will be off the floor 3 inches on a metal mesh desk.

And yes I do hoover the case, but Saints molt like it's an olympic sport and I have 2 of them

I have a dog and yes I'm in a constant battle against hair as well. The best advice I can give you is to have laminate or hard flooring. I find that carpet seems to harbour all of the dust and hair.

Hovering the computer case is really bad lol. A vacume normally has a metal pope of sorts on it and in that pipe is very fast moving air as you get with storms fast moving air causes static this static forms into lightning in your case just small sparks of static trying to earth it's self. Since your PC power cable has a earth what better place to earth out than threw your PC most the time you'll be fine but all it will take is one small spark threw the path of your video card. Best thing I found to clean a PC is a good sized paint brush and blowing with you lungs just dint breath in

Ok now a case. I am not sure on the case it all depends how hot you components run and if you are OCing most cases come with dust filters on all the intake fans it comes with but not on the places you would add additional fans to. So if you system isn't to hot you could get away with a system that has few stock intake fans like a Fractual design R3 but if you need additional cooling maybe look into some thing with dust filters on all fan mounts or look at modding some filters on to a case. It's pretty easy.

What specs is your system? Are you OCing? Do you plan to upgrade soon?

I know some people use tights to make dust filter, ie stretched over the fan. I dont know how well it works and its effect on fan intake.

I agree with ruthless, TTL said that the Raven RV02 did well with the dust at the convention he did the builds for. So it would be worth looking at, and it does have good air flow for air cooling the system.
