Does the MSI K8N Neo4-f need -5 volts To run?

I read today that the MSI K8N Neo4 SLI needs -5 volts To run why is that?

Both boards seam very similar.

Can anyone shed some light on what the -5V is needed for?

Most power supply's don't have -5V. I don't want to make a mistake buying the wrong PSU.

I'll go ahead and buy the Hiper 580W Type-R PSU to use with the MSI K8N Neo4-f.

Do you think its going to become the standard to need to have a PSU with a -5V rail?

I believe it's going the other way. -5v USED to be the standard but has been removed in almost all new PSU's.

As Nick said, the only things that really rely on -5v is some of the creative cards.
