I knew there was a reason I'm single lol been married twice and I cant say with any certanty that either of my ex's would of allowed me even a quarter of what ya got. Now i'm single i have 2 rigs out with another 3 in the closet One main rig of course my pride and joy the rest are all older stuff. 1 775 rig (needs putting back together0 2 478 rigs both working but stashed. And a gem PIII 1Ghz running 98 that still amazes me when i power it up how fast it is lol. Plus parts for a 939 sli rig inroute to me this week. Going to be fun lol 3700+ Abit mobo dual 7900GTO's and 4Gb of DDR400 lmao Just need a psu for it and I'm set

I keep my own setup down to just one desktop one server and one notebook. I don't think I could have all that stuff just laying around. Don't you think if you sold it all you'd have enough money to get one really fast system and then virtualise everything? That's what I do. I run a whole ton of VM's at my house now. About 5 on my Server and 4 on my Desktop.

I still have my old Antec P180 case as well... I hoard cases - I have at least 15 knockin' around in various states. Perfectly normal - my wife definitely has too many pairs of shoes though.

Yes it is dusty and shameful, but in my defence (it's no defence at all really) I've been having drop outs on my Hyper X ssd which is why the sides are off, the 7970 is a complete dust magnet. I'm sure there is other stuff I could blame but it's just bloody laziness.............the dog! It's entirely the dogs fault.

I'm keeping the 180 to see if I can put a pair of 240 rads in the basement of it, hopefully cooling a pair of EVGA Watercooled 280's...........not sure why but mostly cos I can.

I've tried the cleaning up thing. The storing of stuff in one room. But you do find that once a space is cleared, you'll fill it up with more stuff.

get yourself a decent desk and some room for your hardware and your mrs will be fine with it. got a similar collection here and it's all in boxes etc. nothing on the desk or floor that does not belong there. cables are in ducts so cleaning the floor is rather easy for my roomba.

My current rig is in the kitchen soon to moved into the master bedroom so the wife can have her kitchen back under the desk is 3 laptops and I have an old AMD64 machine in the garage that am not allowed to bring in the house.

I found that with my wife, the trick is to keep it clean and organized. Do that and she'll know never how much you actually have.

Anyone has his own hobby. It is hard to judge which one is bad or which is good.
Maybe you could put your collections in order, they looks confused and disordered.
