hang on... i phoned you beforehand to check the availability, and Mx X said it was in stock. you have have my money - so where's my stuff?

i ain't shopping at aria again - arrrrgh!

i have my own business and i never promise something to someone that i cannot deliver

but they said they had it all - i must try to smile, and laugh a little, or a keyboard may be flying out of the window soon

i am an OcUK fan boy when it comes to on-time deliveries - i only looked here cos they said it was in stock, and i needed it today
sad.gif
i i wanted it in two days i would have shopped with them

I think that it is totally wrong and if you have not received it by the time you wanted it you should cancel and buy elsewhere, mind you I thought Aria may have offered some sort of recompense, especially to members on here- it does not take much to lose teh confidence of your buyers if you cannot help them out and keep to promises made.

I agree... if you SAY its gonna come, make it so. If you know there's gonna be a wait, then be honest about it. Better to lower prices and go for volume in my outlook. People who lie... well, they doan getta my bizznezz... evah again. Badda bing, badda boom.

they were very nice when i phoned and moaned. i said "make it up to me... throw a couple of tubes of thermal compound in the box before you deliver it!!!"

...they did.

i will shop there again. in fact, i will be placing a few more orders there this week

lol

since the start of the thread i have spent over £3000 at aria - i do like them now

if their couriers could deliver mine first, i would be even happier

The courier who comes to where I am is a pretty cool guy, I think he is Australian.

Either way, the service you get at Aria is good, I have no experience of customer service because as of yet I haven't had an issue or had to return anything.

OcUK is also good, I liked that they let me spec the day the good should arrive at, but they seem to have a bad rep round here hahahh
