Do i need to "optimize" newish SSD's?

I have a Samsung 830 128GB and i've had it for 2 years.
In the beginning, i optimized it by following sites that i saw; but about 6monhts - 1 year that i had it, i read somewhere that you dont really have to optimize newish SSD's anymore.

Is this true or shall i still "optimize" - turning off things in windows?
What are the things should i turn off or on? Have you got a site that i could follow?

I never do anything tbh matey - fit and forget like 99% of people do/would do

Personally i have. Just have to be careful when optimizing it as someetimes they can cause big issues.

Just put mine in and forget about them. Where I use RAID0 I don't even use the TRIM command.

The only things I do are move my user folder to my HDD along with the page file and disable defragging.

Thats because you cant - it doesnt work on raid
