Did you know this about printers

Oky lets start from the beginning and i never new this until some research.

I was printing away one time on a laser printer and i saw some thing one time that looked wired. Ar first i thought it was just me until it happened again another time were the light just caught the page just right and i saw some yellow dots.

After a bit of research i found that Most laser printer print on every page the time and date a serial no and some do more info like user (if run though windows) .....

This is so that the document can be tracked back to its original source.

This is no joke after more research ive all so found that they are implementing it (if they haven't already) on all color printers inc ink jets.

do you think this is wrong ... Id like to know that this is on my printer before i buy it personally. I dont mind it being there but full disclosure when buying items like this is a must i think.

I've heard about this before. That's why I print all my ransom notes at the victims' house.

Nice find Mayhem! Must of had a shock, perhaps they do that with a lot of things . My Dad has a habbit of marking things with UV pens LOL.

Didnt have a shock more over it was a wtf moment when it happened the second time around then i looked at the tinternet to find to my surprise what it was.

I wasted all my money on rubber gloves as well ......

Its actually all around the border of the page that it normally doesn't print to.

You think i should start to complain to Samsung (make of my printer) about all the wasted ink thats being used to print these messages.
